Scheduling Quick Start

This section will walk through the functionality of the Mirantis Scheduling System. You will use this system to provision the Mirantis hosted lab environments for both public and private classes, to get public training classes listed on Mirantis’ public training schedule, report all deliveries for royalty processing, and ensure all students receive official satisfaction surveys and certifications of completion. For support issues and help with the system please email training-partner@mirantis.com.

Reporting Attendance

Attendance for invoicing purposes is automatically collected based on the number of students who connect to a course’s Strigo lab instance during class. If you believe you should not be invoiced for some of these attendees, you will have the opportunity to mark those attendees as “Not Royalty Eligible” via the event’s listing at https://training.mirantis.com/a/admin/training/events. This option is available beginning one hour and ending one week after the scheduled conclusion of the class.

Invoicing Process

1. The ATP must submit all scheduled classes using the Mirantis Scheduling System no later than 1 week after the schedule is confirmed by the ATP. Any cancelled classes must be removed from the system no later than 2 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. This future schedule (both public and private courses) is used by the Mirantis training team to forecast royalties and to populate the public schedule (for public classes).

2. After the class is delivered the ATP will have 1 week to confirm the attendee list and mark any non-royalty eligible students as such. If no changes are made within 1 week of the end of class the delivery will be reported as is since the Strigo reported attendees are an objective and accurate reporting of who attended.

3. As each course is reported (automatically, 1 week after delivery) Mirantis will invoice the ATP for the royalties due. Payment is due according to the payment terms in the ATP’s Mirantis Authorized Training Partner Agreement.
